Cabe señalar que sólo hubo una mención honorífica y fue para Evelyn Flores Mairena, de Colima, con la serie “La zafra”, quien también por segunda ocasión gana el mismo reconocimiento en este concurso cuya finalidad es difundir, impulsar e incentivar la producción fotográfica en la Región de Tierra Caliente.
